Callum has ten years of trade experience, from first-fix structural work to bespoke finished joinery, and runs CPB Carpentry full time. Is the quote free?
Yes. A site visit to measure up and talk through options costs nothing and there's no obligation. You get a written, itemised quote afterwards.
Can I send photos before you come out?
Please do. A couple of photos of the space and rough sizes sent by Facebook Messenger or email are the quickest way to get a first idea of cost and timescale.
Do you supply the materials or can I buy my own?
Either. Doors, stairs and boards can be supplied and fitted (Howdens and StairBox joinery, Osmo finishes), or you can supply your own and pay for fitting only. The quote will show which.
Will it be messy?
Some dust is unavoidable with carpentry, but floors are covered, the area is tidied at the end of each day and waste is taken away at the end of the job.
Do you work with other trades?
Yes. Where a job needs an electrician or plasterer, that's arranged as part of the job so it runs in the right order.
Do you do commercial and industrial work?
Yes. Alongside domestic work, Callum takes on commercial and industrial carpentry, from first fix on site to finished joinery. Get in touch with the drawings or a description and he'll quote it the same way.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. From trimming a door after a new carpet to a full roof, it's all carpentry.
